I’m a big HIMYM fan. I actually know most of the first season script by heart. Weird yes but you’ll fall in love it too.

One big part of the series is “The Bro Code” religiously followed by the character Barney Stinson (Neil Patrick Harris). It’s basically the girl version of the girl code. While it’s a bit over exaggerated, it’s always a good laugh.

Taking it to the next step, the series and Neil Patrick Harris have made “The Bro Code” into a book. You can preview part of it here.

I definitely want a copy for myself. I love the series and Barney is my favorite character so like a true fan, I must spend. Damn the fact that Neil Patrick Harris is gay!

Speaking of codes, I’m watching the girl bible Sex and the City. While it doesn’t have exact rules laid out like HIMYM, it does talk a lot about the rules of being a girl.
