This is the season finale to the series and I can’t say I enjoyed it. While there were a few “Ahhh!” moments, I’m a bit sad that the season has ended so boringly.

Victory’s parents come to visit her after getting word of her engagement. Joe is putting his all into impressing them with expensive everything despite the fact that they prefer a quiet normal life. Victory urges him to stop especially due to his financial issues but he ignores it. Getting back to her parents, Papa Ford thinks that Joe isn’t the right guy for Vic. Victory gets pissed and tells Joe they don’t need a big wedding but Joe knows she does and he talks to Mama Ford about doing a small wedding in her hometown. Aw!

Nico’s love life and career are now twisted as she is left out of the loop in the magazine world due to her relationships. She attempts to get back into it by appearing on talk show but ends up talking about Kirby. She spills her heart out and Griffin becomes jealous. In the end, Kirby arrives at Nico’s door and tells her he wants her back.

Wendy is still facing the same problems. Shane has already gone on tour which leads to Matty acting out. She stays out late one night the same night that Shane leaves home. After arriving at Victory’s engagement party drunk, Matty yells at Wendy that her restrictions have pushed her dad away and everything is her fault. Shane later calls but Wendy doesn’t tell him anything. Matty thanks her mom and the two share a mother daughter moment.
